We apply an extensive range of recruitment methods during our search for the industry’s most talented and respected professionals. Our stratagem includes headhunting, targeted advertised search, internet mining and database searches.
We spend much of our time speaking to industry professionals, attending related events and networking in order to establish and deliver the strongest short list to our clients.
The leg work
On average we contact between 20-60 potential candidates per assignment. This is followed by personal interviews of at least ten of the strongest contenders with a view to short-listing four applicants for presentation to our clients.
It is fundamental that we fully understand our client’s specific requirements. The closer our appreciation of our client’s company culture; its markets, characteristics and needs, the more effective becomes our recruitment process.
